Tool steel 1.2363 (SS2260, X100CrMoV5, AISI A2)
Medium alloy tool steel with high wear resistance and medium toughness. Often used in tool applications where the part works in a cold state. Can be cured in air / shielding gas with good dimensional stability to obtain a high surface hardness that creates a good abrasion resistance.
