Personal information

In order to carry out our business with you as a customer, we collect certain personal information such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail. And sometimes also other information via customer surveys and the like.

We are obliged to store order information in connection with accounting, fee management and possible return management. This history is deleted after ten years. For security reasons, we also store the IP address used when ordering.

1. Your rights

   You have the right to access the personal data that InstaCNC has registered in accordance with current legislation. You can request access to this information at any time free of charge in accordance with the law.

   The information must be disclosed / transferred in a secure manner. If the data subject submits his request electronically, and if he does not request otherwise, the information shall be disclosed in ordinary electronic form.

   You may at any time request that we delete or correct your personal information, provided that we are not obliged to store it in accordance with applicable law or other obligations we have.

   You have the right to send complaints to the Data Protection Ordinance that you feel that your personal data is not processed in accordance with this policy.

2. Protection of personal data

   InstaCNC has good routines for ensuring that unauthorized persons do not have access to your personal data. Examples of such are recurring security checks and updates of our IT infrastructure, access controls and that all communication takes place via encrypted connection with Transport Layer Security (TLS) to each customer.

   Please note that communication via e-mail cannot be reliably considered to be encrypted and can therefore not be seen as a secure way to transfer sensitive data.

3. Use of personal data

   We use your personal information to complete our assignment against you. We may also use these for any of the following reasons.

   • To analyze the use of our site with the aim of improving it for our customers.
   • We may periodically send out marketing materials via email.
   • We may contact you for market research purposes

   We only share your personal information if we are legally obliged to do so and with subcontractors to us who perform some of the following services to us.

   All of our subcontractors guarantee us to handle your personal information confidentially.

   In the event of a business agreement where InstaCNC can change owners, it may be relevant to allow an outside party to review our databases and customer data, this is then done under an agreement on confidentiality for the reviewing party. Nothing in this policy aims to lock iAlgo AB into handing over control of our data to a new outside party in the event of a transfer of the business. We never resell, under any circumstances, your personal information for any other reason.

   InstaCNC collects anonymous data about visitors to InstaCNC for analysis. Anonymous data refers to data that can not be traced back to a user or a person. The purpose of this is to collect statistics that can be used to further develop and improve the website. Examples of this type of data are: the number of visitors to the website, how it is used, how long the visit lasts, where the users come from, demographics, interest data and which browsers are used.

   We also collect keywords used by the search engines on the website. This is done only to improve search results and the customer experience, and no information is collected that can be traced back to the user.

3. Marketing

   The basis for marketing via e-mail takes place after consent.

   We want our marketing in all situations to be perceived as relevant and valuable to you, therefore the content is adapted for you. We work with selected partners to achieve a good solution in connection with e-mails.

   We and our business partners track ads to find out which ads you have seen online, and which products you have viewed with us. This allows us to tailor the online store to your interests and show you relevant ads the next time you visit it.

   The marketing manager has the day-to-day responsibility for InstaCNC’s processing of personal data in connection with marketing, analysis and adaptation.
