Specify your detail

You start by uploading your 3D model, then our algorithm takes over and analyzes your model. When this is done, you will be sent to our configurator where you can make specific choices.

Material

Specify what type of material you need for your item.

Tolerance

Here you specify the general tolerance you want on the part, according to ISO 2768.

Threaded holes

Specify how many threaded holes you have on the detail. If you specify this, you will be asked to send with an extra file where you specify which holes in the detail you wish to have threaded. Unless otherwise stated by you on the attached document, we assume that the thread should be the nearest M-thread to the nominal diameter of the hole.

Holes with tolerance

Number of holes you want a certain diameter tolerance on. If you specify this, you will be asked to send an extra file that specifies which holes you want a higher diameter tolerance on, also specify which tolerance you want. We are able to handle the best IT7 tolerance.

Surface finish

Here you specify which surface fineness you want on the detail, this significantly affects the price of details that have large areas with double-curved surfaces and other surfaces that must be milled with more than 2 axes.

Order specification

When you are satisfied with your specification of the detail, you can choose whether you want to put a specific name on the detail, this name will then appear on your order confirmation.

At certain times, if you have chosen a material we have in stock and the size of the detail matches our stocked sizes, you will receive two delivery options. You make your choice and the price is updated accordingly.

Normal

We deliver the detail from us within 10 days.

Fast

We deliver the detail from us within 5 days.

You then choose how many you want and then put the product in the shopping cart.

Checkout

At checkout, your information is filled in automatically if you have an account with us and are logged in. Otherwise you have to fill in your information and choose the payment method. The payment method we currently offer is by invoice.

After you have undergone checkout and placed the order with us, you will receive confirmation of the order, and within two days we have checked and approved it, you will receive status updates during the process.
